RETRObution Time

When I started this music blog a few months back... I did write that I'll be posting mixes I compiled over the past years. And I have finally decided to start posting my RETRObution series these coming weeks. The mixes are composed of some of the best dance tracks of our lives. The songs I selected are guaranteed floor fillers. And the mixes were done in the traditional beat mixing technique...no fancy sampling or effects were used to bring back the era when dj's used two turntables to mix tracks. So watch this space again.

As promised, I am presenting to all of you these nice mixes which I did last year.The first set was made way back in February. I had to convert the mix to mp3 as I originally saved it as a wave file. 2010 Second Quarter Mix

Finally! After two weeks of tweaking, I have managed to finish the full version of the 2010 Second Quarter Mix. A quick note to all

I'm sorry folks if the links for my 2nd Quarter Mix and Girls Gone Bad On The Dance Floor are not working. They have been blocked by 4shared. I guess the mixes were too hot to handle that they have to be deleted...oh well.

Also, I've been slightly busy this week thus I am lagging behind finishing the full 2010 Second Quarter Mix...hopefully I'd finish it soon.

One consolation though is that we're enjoying a warm spring here in beautiful England.

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful and meaningful holy week. While a lot of folks take the opportunity to have a long restful break from work, let us also not forget to reflect and be thankful for every blessing that we receive from the  Almighty .

As an Easter treat, I’m sharing with you all a preview of the mix I’m currently working on. It’s gonna be my 2010 Second Quarter Mix. As usual, this mix is composed of the freshest tracks in the music scene. Some of you may not be even familiar with some of the tracks included but a lot are quite promising. I’m hoping to present the final mix sometime this week so watch this space.
